Rental team is friendly and caring, apartment is beyond what I expected. Upon moving in, I was surprised to see that I had two decks with beautiful views of the lakefront. Grateful for the wonderful school district my children get to attend school in. My first few months in Texas have been great.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood, everyone is respectful and the staff is quick to help with whatever needs I have. Kids play around the neighborhood so it's pretty safe! I'm currently on my second lease here.

I didn't get the apartment I applied for. It wasn't cleaned the carpets, the cabinets, the window shades? nothing! there was dead bugs on the carpet. I feel like i moved in on top someone else's dirt. I haven't even fully unpacked.

Smooth application process, you tour your actual rental, very detailed staff and clean well maintained property. The maintenance team are very efficient and fast when responding to a completing a work order, Secluded feeling like I'm at a vacation resort!

I Love the Community it's nice and clean. Maintenance comes fast. It's quiet in my section and I love the townhouse style of my apartment. I don't like the fact that the water is split between the building. I am only one person in a one bedroom and don't feel as if my waterbill should be almost a $100. Also the rent has went up and $1600 for a 1 bdrm is a tad bit expensive. There's not enough space for the price.

It has been a good experience, i only have one complaint about thier rules at the pool requiring only 2 people per resident can be at the pool at once and no music or parties at the pool. I have a large family when they come to visit and I want to take them to the pool but I cant because of the rules. I would like to see them loosen up on the pool rules

Loving every moment! So much better than the place I moved from. The community is kept really nice and the staff are amazing. Would highly recommended to anyone. My children even love the lake right next to us.

excellent the girls in the office are wonderful maintenance is very fast with the repairs this is the best apartment that i have lived in i have recommended this place to my friends and family no better place to live

The community overall is okay, not great. The things that personal could be improved is the grounds keeping. This is one trash receptacle for the entire community, which is not good. There are roaches, I have communicated this to management, I have had pest control come out, the issue has not improved. There is an issue with parking not being accessible, lots of guest taking resident parking. The person that lived in my apartment prior to me had animals, causing an issue with allergies due to there being carpet. Lastly, I don't know where my fire extinguisher is located. I have searched my apartment high and low. This is definitely a security concern. These are issues causing me to reluctantly not want to renew my lease or refer anyone to live here. I enjoy the affordable rent and accession everything I care about.

Nice community, quite for the most part, maintenance respond quickly. The cons are they include xfinity cable in your rent but don't offer DVR. They can several fees added to monthly bill, 2 sewer fee, 3 trash fees, 2 drainage fees, 2 water fees and HOA. It really is a lot.
