So far, living in this community has been great, and I really appreciate how polite and attentive the staff is. I wish we didn't have problems with the elevators so often, that would be my only complain.

The entire Latitude Team does an excellent job and does everything with a smile! They are pleasant and always friendly to work with. World Class Team! I would recommend Latitude to my family and friends. One of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in.

Overall, staff is wonderful and there are nice amenities. You also can’t beat the proximity to commuting to the hospitals in the med center. The parking is terrible and there are not enough accommodations for guest parking despite paying a lot of rent.

A well kept, friendly, and safe community. Move in was quick. efficient, and flexible. In addition, if any concerns occur, the leasing office and management immediately address it. Overall a great experience for anyone leasing their first apartment.

Living here at Latitude has been a great experience. It's organized, clean, and beautiful, and the staff makes everything much better. My maintenance repair came within a few hours and was done very shortly. I would recommend anyone to live here.

I have a great experience staying here. The view is great from my unit. The place is clean. It is quiet and clean. Staff is great. The process from the application to moving into the unit was great. Great experience.

I was able to make all housing decisions online, and the leasing staff was kind and helpful on the day I moved in.Based on my experience, I can recommend this apartment.Additionally, I was impressed that even though Houston was hit by a major storm shortly after I moved in, this building was able to survive without any power outages

I live here around three years with good experience, the apartment is clean with great facilities, and close to rice university, TMC, but the price is high, it will be wonderful if the price can decreased.

This is a great place to live. The staff make it easy to apply, get everything done quickly, and have things in place ready for move in. Overall this building is well maintained and well run. I would recommend to a friend looking to move into the area.
