In the corner of Exeter and Wellington stands an abandoned proposed street to be built in the future. Weeds and trees have grown so much it has created a rodent problem where it has invaded the homes nearby. Both homes on each side are senior citizens that are becoming affected by this problem. That alley must be cleared out, weeds need to be cut down and a sign of "no trash dumping" must be in place. This is city property.
