They will hook you in, take your money and nickel and dime you for even more. the properties they deal with are beautiful and well maintained, everything outside the control of Executive Lodging will be wonderful. I should have know that the experience would not be as sold when, nobody mentioned that they needed a $1000 deposit until I was about to move. I discussed with the sales agent that I was moving wiht my wife but was never given a second key, despite repeated requests. Any maintenance requests will be ignored. And the kicker is they will nickel and dime you for your water and electricity - the caps they give you are so low. Moving out, they held the $1000 deposit while they wait for electricity and water bills to come in, then gave me the deposit back and charged me later for additional utitlities. This is not the hassle free, all inclusive furnished executive accomodation that they will try and make you believe. There are other companies that do a much better job.

I had relocated to Houston and I was a bit nervous since I have never been here before. Traveling alone to a strange place was nerve racking. Once I arrived and checked into my furnished apartment I immediately felt at home. I had fresh fruit in the kithen and freshly starched sheets. I want to thank you guys for making this transition very smooth and effortlessly. I have enjoyed my tropical poolside view and actually felt a bit sad when I had to leave.

Best Wishes to the entire staff,
Warmest,
Customer for life
