To whom it may concern, This complaint is in regards to a neighbor that has a horrible grabage hording problem. This has been causing an ennussanse in our neighborhood with Rats and raccoons. Trash has got so high above the fence that customers from joining restaurants has complained to the manager as well as to the neighbors.
