The city's tree and shrubbery ordinance requires that construction for a single family residence include replacement of trees, depending on the size of the lot. This house was built in 2014, on a lot which was completely cleared all of trees. No trees have been replaced as required by the ordinance. During and after the construction process the owner was cited numerous times for failing to adhere to the city's ordinances.
