Trash Dumping or Illegal Dumpsite

HPD EIU investigated this illegal dumping of trash at the curb and within the property. Please investigate this nuisance on property.
I am currently residing at: 10820 Exeter St., Houston TX 77093 and things next door to our property have gotten out of hand. It is the adjacent property which is vacant. People are throwing a lot of trash, including tires, furniture and dead animals. The trash is also obstructing the flow in the ditches, and when it rains it's just creating more problems.
