The empty lot at 1804 Austin St, at the corner of Jefferson was previously used as a park/recreation center for the St. Josephs building the lot has become dilapidated and an eye sore. There is graffiti on the walls, rows of black trash bags full of garbage lined up, broken glass, piles of tree trimmings mixed with trash, collapsed and rotting childrenÆs playground cross bridge, and the homeless have made a spider web of string capable of entangling anyone trying to walk by.
There are black trash bags lined against the wall of this building and they have been there for several weeks now. Old, rotten lumber sits in the area that seems to have been a park area at one time. There is graffiti on the wall just left of the trash bags and above the littered trash thrown on the ground. There is a pile of tree clippings that has also been there for some time now. There looks to be some type of "art" made out of string that seems to be rotting away. It looks as though this ar
