Per dwo inspector, Evening to the following the above service request was found to be sewer related evidence of and excursion was found the cities clean out is stopped up at edge of ditch stoppage team is needed to clear blockage and clean up area photos are attached above of my findings
PER CUSTOMER'S PLUBMER Cleared main sewer line through 4 inch pvc Clean out in customers front of home. Cleared line at appx 75 ft away fromclean out which put us in the middle of the road. Customer states that city has repair/replaced something there. Camerainspection showed us that in green 6 inch pipe we can see several connections coming in to the same service line.Recommend customer contact city and make at least a report to them.
