Raina is a doll! If u ask for a manager, you want it to be her. Pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. If it’s a problem she jumps right on it to rectify and satisfy. Great energy and positive vibes. We need more people like her!!!

I am relocating from DFW and contacted 20 communities and Raina was one of the only ones who contacted me. She was so helpful and quick and made the process so easy. She texted, called and emailed me every step of the way and even sent me virtual tours to view. I am so impressed and cannot wait to move in 11/28/2020

10/10 would not recommend living here. This place is absolutely filthy, ever since they implemented valet trash the breezeways are infested with ants which soon make their way into your apartment. Ew. I don't think I can count on one hand the amount of potheads who live here and stink up every floor level and even my apartment (don't even know how that happens but nonetheless it does). People throw their trash anywhere and constantly spit in the breezeways. Drug deals being done in the back of the community every weekend. This place is grade A trash. Would much rather live some place with outdated appliances, a regular pool and an old gym if it meant the property was clean. I cannot stress enough how disgusting this place is. Do not move here. Staff is meh.

I would like to recommend it to a friend as a quick response to the issue you have requested. And the staff is very friendly. But the problem with ants in the room was almost solved, but now more attention should be paid to the appearance of insects, such as ants.

Ana In the office is great ! Quiet complex. Its near full and parking can be an issue. Entrance to green space at bldg. 10 continually stands in water. Apartment is comfortable and comes with expected appertunances.

Staff is very rude. They put to the trash my 2 stroller. There was no warning no notification about that. I report already police about stolen strollers. Because I think it is crime. They should have been keep it to the maintanvce not to put trash. May be they took it to their house.

Since Ive moved here Ive been satisfied with everything . Havent been able to check out the gym yet because of work.. me and my daughter love the pool area . Parking is ok sometimes I have to park further but so far . Im good

I moved here a year and a half ago. Everyone in the office especially THE front staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful except one member. I've had a bad vibe with her since i moved here. The office manager Raina is very unpleasant to speak with and doesn't have a welcoming vibe. I spoke with other residents to make sure it wasn't just me and was advised they felt the same way. I had a recent concern with her with regards to payment options. I lived here for 15 months and only been late twice once in 2 separate contract terms, and was advised from her as a personal decision i can only make guarantee funds as form of payment for rent no matter if its on time or not. I feel this is a discriminatory decision on her behalf ,an the contract as she pointed out has to many based on discretion clauses meaning if they don't like you they can exercise this right for you only. I think as nice as this community is and so diverse EVERYTHING should be straight forward and across the board for everyone not based on personal discretion. I want to move at end of lease but ive spoken to other previous tenants and was advised they didn't get they deposit back or was overcharged for things they didn't even do just so management can keep their deposit and calling and complaining wasn't even worth the time.

I love how quiet it is around here, with an amazing view! The staff here is so genuine and kind and really wants the best for us, anytime we need anything done theyre on it! They do a superb job, wouldnt want to be in any other apartments.

I will try to post my myself on this low satisfaction comment due to sudden increase on rent in my second year. This community can offer you lower rent and monthly free first time to get admissions first year but be ready for sharp increase in your rent from next years.
