Need the city to jet their side of the line

A private Plumbing Company, that has completed the plumbing issue on KrogerÆs side, but now Kroger is having problems with the COHÆs wastewater asset and would like for the COH to check their assets.
The sewer line on the city side of the building need work. We have NO workers restroom because the city will NOT correct their part of the sewer line. Kroger told me that the city doesn't want to correct the sewer line. The drainage problem in in the city's sewer line not the Kroger buildings pipe.
