My experience had started off bad with old management. After meeting the new staff and seeing the new improvements I was convinced to do another year with Dolce Midtown. Oh Im sorry, I mean MidtownOne 80! Its going to take some time to grow on me. Ruth the community manager and leasing girls are sweet and pleasant. And Andrew the new assistant community manager is nice and respectful. Haven't had to use maintenance as much but when I did before Ruth team came it would take them at least several days to come. Thats what made me want to put in my 60 day notice. Im seeing the work guys, keep it up!

I have been a resident here at Dolce for about 6 months now. I just want to share how happy me & my husband are to have chosen this place as our new home. We absolutely love our evenings by the pool, so relaxing. We truly feel like we are family & not just another number. The office staff is amazing. You can just feel the good vives walking into the office. Thank you so much for everything you guys do! :)

Do not I REPEAT do not come here. This place is poorly managed by people who seem to not have gotten past 8th grade. They told us IN EMAIL our rent would be prorated which is why we moved here to save money. Instead they tell us that they do not prorate once we’ve lived here for a few weeks. You have reserved parking spots that people take and they do nothing about. This place was dirty upon move in which they did nothing about . HORRIBLE DISGUSTING .THIS PLACE IS STRAIGHT TRASH

By far the worst complex that I have ever lived in. The elevator is consistently broken (for a month at a time) when I live on the 6th floor & park on B2 level, meaning I had to climb 8 flights of stairs multiple times a day for a month with textbooks, groceries, etc. and having severe asthma. Management would not respond to emails regarding the matter & offered no such rent discount or even apologies. Management didn’t even try to accommodate those with disabilities. When confronted in person, the “manager,” Manuel Alvarez sarcastically remarked that he appreciated my feedback and had no further comments to make. The gates to get in & out of the parking garage are consistently left open for weeks at a time meaning random individuals can come & go as they please, as is evidenced by repeated car break ins within the garage. The clickers that allow us to get into the elevator and garage have been broken going on 3+ weeks now and residents have not received a single email apologizing for the inconvenience or even acknowledging the situation despite being notified by myself personally as well as many other residents. When my neighbor confronted Alvarez about the issue, she remarked “well great job communicating that to us” and he sarcastically remarked “thank you!” We’re not even able to get into our apartment building but we’re supposed to pay full rent? Someone make it make sense. Several residents have since moved out due to all of the issues and at least 5 of my neighbors on the 6th floor do not plan to return when their lease expires. There’s not a single good thing about this complex and you can pay the same rate somewhere else that has a competent manager that is willing to do his job and actually help.

This is the worst experience living in an apartment complex I've ever had. Save yourself and do not move here. My car along with many other tenants got broken into within 1 month of moving here. Corporate didn't care and said they wouldn't be compensating anyone. They said they've added extra security but I doubt it. There's shootings every other day. I fear for me and my roommates safety. Elevators are down every other week. We called maintenance to change our light bulbs and were told we would have to provide our own light bulbs. I've never heard that before in the many apartments I've lived in. That's just absurd. There's construction on these small houses towards the back of the complex where our balcony is facing which looks a horrendous and also smells horrendous because of water residual from the rain that jut sits there. This isn't luxurious living like the apartment complex claims. It is fraudulent. You can't get in contact with the regional manager. They do not care about you as a tenant in this overpriced apartments. STAY AWAY!

This apartment is terrible. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and and the quality of service keeps going down. The new property management company (Celtic) is unresponsive, they often hang up calls, and don't respond to maintenance requests. I have been waiting for light bulbs for almost 2 months now. When I check in with them on the issue, they say they will call back, but they never do. Aside for service issues, there is only one elevator in the entire building and it seems to be broken most of the time, and as someone with joint issues, using the stairs often can be an issue. There are also times when there is dog poop in the stairwell. The hallways always stink of weed. People blast their music late into the night. Barely any visitor parking. Do not move to this apartment complex!!! I cannot emphasize that enough.
