Hanover Blvd. Place is by far the best building in the Galleria area!!! From the time we pulled in the entire staff was so professional and friendly. The Building is thw Best!!!! The thirty second floor has an amazing pool and work out facility.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The building is always clean, well-maintained, and secure. The management team is super responsive and friendly, making everything from move-in to maintenance requests seamless. The amenities are top-notch, and the community is quiet yet welcoming. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything I need. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

This property is absolutely my favorite property and all of Houston everything from the lifestyle to the amenities to the service that that’s being provided is just absolute perfection. I couldn’t have asked for a better community mona was an absolute gem during the whole process, helping it to all be smooth

Living at Hanover BLVD Place has been an exceptional experience. The building is modern, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. The amenities are top-tier—especially the pool area, gym, and elegant common spaces that make it feel like a high-end resort.

I loved this building, location and vibe. When i toured i had the pleasure to tour with Elyssa. She was able to answer all of my questions and she followed up after the tour . I will be telling my friends to take a tour!

Elyssa was a great leasing agent. I’m moving from out of town and she was help. I Will end up leasing here for the great service. I loved the building and the amenities. If you haven’t toured yet come tour with Elyssa!

This was by far the BEST high rise I’ve toured in Houston. The staff was amazing , the building is immaculate and they’re currently almost leased up. I had an appointment with Elyssa and she was great! You can tell she loves her work. BLVD is top on my list and I will be filling out an apt!

Absolutely sunning !!! The amenities are excellent as well as the staff . We toured with Daphne she was a delight !! She was very knowledgeable and informative ! I highly recommend this building if luxury is what you’re looking for !!!! You will not be disappointed

Elyssa is awesome !!! It is so nice to have her in the building. I love living at the Hanover BLVD. It is really classy and upscale. The people are nice and the shops around are super close by. It is really walkable .
