City of Houston has abandoned upleveled concrete, large road closure signs, orange plastic barrels, yellow caution tape and other debris on the NE corner of Woodhead and Kipling. Lamar Middle School children are walking by this road and sidewalk hazard daily and are forced to walking out on the heavily-trafficked streets to avoid this corner hazard of COH abandoned materials.
