I love Hanover Post Oak. Really have had the best experiences here. Evelyn in the leasing office is so kind and sweet. The valet is so quick to help with anything and the concierge is always on point. I was able to chose the perfect apartment with the best views. My best friend also lives here and every time I would visit before I actually toured, I always enjoyed this community. The amenities are great too. Definitely come and take a look at Hanover Post Oak, you will not be disappointed.

Really enjoyed my experience at Hanover Post Oak with Evelyn. She is so helpful and sweet. The whole staff has been great. I’m excited to move in this summer and enjoy the pool and all of the amenities. I work from home and they have so many places to set up. The area is extremely walkable. My favorite restaurants and Whole Foods are right out my front door. Thank you Evelyn and staff!

- Allows people to Airbnb their apartment. - There are often random people in the elevators. - The elevators are noisy and break down often. - Doors are heavy and loud when neighbors open and close their doors. - If one of your neighbors is making noise it's difficult to figure out who. The staff will tell you that the "sound in concrete travels" so if you hear someone above you dropping a box, they tell you "it may not be coming from the person above you" which makes absolutely no sense. - All packages are dropped off at the front desk and they are terrible with keeping track of them. - Best part of the whole apartment was the pool which is on the 8th floor. Very cool pool. - People are always revving their car outside the apartment which ruins your walk. - You can hear the sirens(police,firefighters,ambulance) through the windows. Happens more often then you'd think. - Windows are big and most face the East or West so it's extremely hot in the summer. Curtain doesn't do enough.
