Really close to the university. Only about a 7 minute walk to the outer loop. Nice neighborhood with lots of sidewalks. 15 minute walk to the museum district. Other than that it doesn't really have that much going for it. Facilities are old.

The apartments are nice and well maintained. The Parking is horrible unless you have a very tiny car. I got my bike stolen and my car broke into. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear even your neighbors phone conversations. Otherwise not bad.

If you want to feel at home then this is the place to live.

We had serious noise problems with neighbors due to the flimsy walls/insulation, as wel as from adjoining properties due to old/flimsy windows with poor seals. <br> <br>Car was broken into, even though it was completely empty inside.
