Great location, great amenities, absolutely love the scenery and the staff is very professional. This community has parking, 24hr surveillance and a host of amenities that will satisfy all of your needs of settling in your new apartment. The location is key right the heart of downtown Houston. Everything is literally at your doorstep. I hope to make this my home.

Very clean, great leasing staff to work with, pet friendly and easy application process. So far I have no complaints other than the elevators are really slow but I blame that on the amount of Airbnb guests that come and do at the same time.

Hello I stay here for 2 years. I written review as my assignment of 1711. Elevator work only 20% of the time currently they are not working with key fob. Your car could be stole or tow from the property they don't have any problems allowing residents cars get towed or stolen but when it comes to security both garage doors have been broken over a month allow anyone to enter the property with no security on watch. This is terrible, because I had 2 cars stolen and 1 car tow for no reason. Pool is not maintained there many times I came out to the pool and the water is green! Try to use the grills and they don't work because property don't take care of the grills by simply replacing propane tanks. Game room can't use pool stick are broken, homeless people walking the hallway. You have been warned ?? If you think management care, only thing they care about is your money. As far as they responsibility they have none. They will always tell you it's being work on. Come back month later same answer. Call corporate to complain they don't answer either. Beware if you complain about issue like me they will black ball you and block your unit from renewing and tell you 90 days out that your unit is already taken. This property is a joke. I highly recommend looking at the Camden property and other property communities because what they are asking price is $1700 per month you can stay at the travis high-rise with security.

I was a co-signer and a guarantor for the apartment leased by my brother and his family. After leasing the apartment for less than 6 months they had to leave unexpectedly abroad due to family emergency. There were no attempts to understand the situation from the leasing office, we had to pay the penalty in the amount of 2 months rent plus additional 2 months for 60 days notice which we did. I live in a different state so had to fly to Houston several times to make sure the apartment is in good standing before surrendering it. I painted the walls as was instructed by the manager, we hired cleaning services so the apartment was in excellent condition before moving out. Joshua Allen, the leasing office manager, had an inspection done with me of the apartment and told everything looked good and we can expect our deposit back within 30-60 days. Of course this was not in writing. I recorded the video of the apartment that same day, showing apartment in great condition, clean floors, carpets, painted walls and working sinks and toilets. No one was in the apartment after. Last week we received an email stating we owe $1300 plus for some repairs of damages to floors, carpet, sink and toilet. Joshua Allen checked everything in front of me and did not mention anything needed to be repaired, I flew in from a different state specifically for the purpose of that inspection! And now we are told to pay yet another fee, in addition to the huge amount we’ve already payed just to close that lease. I have to mention there were other small charges for the “late payment” of $50 or so when we were told to expect an email with the total amount due which was sent only on the 8th or 9th of the month, for which we somehow were held responsible again. We had nothing but terrible experience with this company. There are many similar reviews here describing exactly the same situation, so you can see the pattern. I ADVISE AGAINST LIVING HERE - SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND. The staff is unprofessional and is often rude, particularly Joshua Allen. I haven’t observed any attempts to work with the client to try to resolve the problem - something one would expect from the management of a reputable company. They just simply keep charging you for whatever they want and there is no way you can prove them wrong. I’ve leased many apartments in the past, but never dealt with anything like that before.

I love to leave here, only thing is hard is to have the keyfob to acces to the garage and main building entrance, I will love to have a personal code to press on the pin path when I don't have my keyfob on me.

From start to finish smooth process. I moved here from Florida and I received top tier customer service. The building is taking good care of and the staff is amazing. When I arrived everything was ready to go.

Decent place to live, lots of AirBnBs rentals and transient people make the building less clean, loud, and unsafe. There are also homeless people entering the building at night and staying in the first floor restrooms.
