Miss Morris was forwarded by the fire marshal Jim Kelly to call 311 to make the complaint against her apartment complex for the ladis fence thats on her porch that is removable and allows easy access in case of an emergency. She does state the apartment complex told her the Fire Marshell had conducted a fire inspection and they states that it needed to be removed but to verify this information Miss Morris contacted the Fire Marshals office in which they stat

no ac in apartments, caller states they put ac to 70 degrees and the room stays at 78 degrees or higher and their light bill is really high due to ac not being able to keep the aparment cool
