I have lived there for 5 years and I can honestly say this place is so not worth it. You have security that is not really security because they are literally patrolling other places. They are roaches rats in one complex and they want you to feel safe by the camera they put there but cars still getting broken into and people are still shooting when kids are playing outside just not worth it. Don't come to these apartments and waste your money and time plus when it rains the lights go out all the time. You have people asking kids and adults for drugs and more than weed. An addict was living in the laundromat until someone said something and if u want your kids to pick up drug bags and bullets on the floor your place to be

Have been living here for 2 years now, and within these 2 years I have only had a couple of maintenance issues but they were able to fix them in a timely manor. The community is quiet and well kept. The staff is helpful and welcoming, they have security who roam the community, and the living is affordable.

Afordable place, and quiet for the area, I lived here for over a year and only had one issue with maintenance since being here and It got fixed same day. I dont really care much about office staff but the times I have called they have been helpful, they claimed to have security but I dont see the officer daily, still I feel safe somehow. dont know of any problems with parking.

Bad then got good When i first moved in i had the WORST INFESTATION of roaches... NOTHING SEEMED TO WORK! they moved me by a whole bunch of young ------ people! Right in the middle of the "courtyard" stayed there for months and i hated it....i demanded they transfer me because of those problems! Moved on the same side as the mailboxes and the leasing office now i like the apartments more ...its quiet had a few roaches but i killed them off with boric acid! I love the (location) not the area!!! its a great price! Prolly 1 of the best apts in greenspoint. Super close to the airport and downtown... i mean the apartments are DECENT! Just don't move in the courtyard in the middle DEMAND the quite side away from the younger people cause they start a lot of drama After reading the other reviews i notice that most of the people that likes the apartments live by the leasing office...

The apartments are quite no problems untill the property went under new management when stuff need to be fixed in the apartment u can call when the office open some time the pick up some times they don't, water gets cut off with out any warning hot water can be working one day the next day its off no notices are giving. My light in my kitchen blew out and I call about it a week ago and the never came my water was turned off and when the maintenance man came he came for the wrong situation you have to call and call just to get things fixed in the apartment. When u call the office about it the lady that always answer the phone she never known anything she always have to call you back and never call back. We pay our rent on time and we have to waite to get things in the apartment fixed its really sad and I recommend no one move to the apartments.

I have been staying at this apartment complex since September 2012 and it has been great so far to say the least. I havent had any issues with any noise or getting things fixed. The only concern of mines is why is there not any pool furniture yet for the pool closest to the office. That would be great. This is a nice apartment complex. One of the best in the Greenspoint area. Good Job.

After living here for 6 years i have never had an issue with management until now. They just went under new management and I am now forced to board my dog for 3 to 4months after paying my $300 pet deposit with previous management who seen my dog. It seems that every time I have an issue that needs to be address I get notice posted on my door saying I have 30 days to move without a reason. My husbands car has been broken into twice and several others and their apartments. There is no security anymore the H2O is always getting cut off without a warning or no hot water. Im just fed up now with these new people in office.

My family and I have been living at this complex for 10 months now and hadn't had any reason to complain until now. But let me go ahead and start with the good... This complex is very quiet, no loud music or people disturbing the peace. Everyone is very polite and respectful. They just changed management about two months ago, but it wasn't anything drastic that I'd noticed until now. When we first moved in, there was security patrolling 24/7. Now that they changed management, there is only a "courtesy officer" that patrols in their vehicle from 6pm-6am, according to management. I haven't seen anyone for a couple of weeks. This past weekend, my husband's vehicle was broken into. His whole stereo box and small items were taken. I'm pretty sure they were in the vehicle for a while since they had time to take out the whole box! & I can't help but wonder were this "courtesy officer" was. Two days later, at about 5:30am, a truck's alarm kept going off and when we were leaving for work at 7am, we found out its because one of its side windows was smashed and the owner's items were stolen. Once again, WHERE WAS THIS "COURTESY OFFICER"? Please note, these are TWO break-ins in the span of ONE weekend! We called the leasing office, and all the gentleman told me that we could do was file a police report. Let me point out that the truck's owner that was broken into, mentioned that this was the second time somebody's broken into it & that the tires to his other vehicle were also stolen a couple of months ago. I remember that, because I thought it odd that the car was on blocks, but my question is: why weren't we notified by management about these things happening?! When I asked the leasing office this, all they could say was that they hadn't heard about the tire situation and were just notified about the 2nd break-in into the truck. Another reason we moved into this complex other than the 24/7 security we're supposed to have, is that its supposed to be a gated community. But people are always running their vehicles into them and breaking them so they remain open for the majority of the time. Other than these reasons, the complex is very nice compared to the rest of the neighborhood and I would keep recommending it. I understand we should be careful with what items should be left in our vehicles, but certain things just aren't excusable, like the lack of security here. If these break-ins keep occurring, we'll be leaving at the end of our lease.
