WATER LEAK AT 1701 BANKS STREET//CITY WATER LEAK AT THE METER ON 1701 BANKS STREET - 77098 I am reporting that I have observed a city water leak at the meter on 1701 Banks St. See attached photo. I noticed it several days ago. The owners of the property might be out of town. Tonight, while walking my dog, I saw that it had not been repaired and decided to report it.
