My Senior parents live next door to this house that was sold and gutted out. It has been this way for over 6 months and now rats and mice are going their way. The house has lumber on it's porch and the doors are open at times. No one is working on it and it's a concern due to smell. My senior dad is in remission from cancer and can't be exposed to this trash/smell every single day. We have been patient due to the current health situation but no one is coming around.
