I'm happy so for I can complaint. The maintenance service is great and on time, maintenance is very helpful. Staff in the office is kind and will answer any questions you may. The overall no complaint.

My move in was horrible. I told the property manager that depending on how she planned to compensate for the inconveniences with my move in would depend on me and my sister just requesting our $250 deposit that was paid a month prior to move in. She asked had we paid the move in rate we told her no. She don't and to just pay the fob fee. So we were under the impression that we got our first month free instead of paying the $599 promotion. Well after paying the $100 fob fee about 2hrs later one of the leasing agents called about the $599. At that point we had the mover the ok to move especially saying we were suppose to move in 3day before the original move in date. We also had to be out of our other apt the same day. At that point I also told my previous apartment to not worry about going month to month. Basically signed a lease an then everything change. So much so that it took almost 3 months to heat back from corporate. I had sent email and tried to reach them since the original move in date. Since then I've had to basically pull my teeth out to get a fridge replaced that they very well knew was a mess because the apt had been out of power for weeks. So the fridge had a crazy smell and these bugs kept coming the fridge. Oh yeah not to mention this so called upgraded apt is a joke. Wish why I didn't want to move into that one and move into an apt that was worth the price. After everything they offer $50 for the inconvenience after reporting the management company BBB and honestly that was a whole slap in my face. Oh and I still haven't received the key to the gym for me to be able access it 24hrs. So yeah I feel like I was finessed out of my money and as long as I'm here I'm going to always say something about it. The relationship could've been better if they would've just took accountability for their errors and offered better compensation. SN: I had to get my $100 back for the fob because they wouldn't replace it and it kept falling apart/worked when it wants to work. Overall HOT MESS!

Management is very professional. My move in process was easy breezy. All in all A great community to live in. Maintenance is quick with responding to requests. The community is well kept. Quiet during the day and also at night.

Overall the community is quiet, clean, and the staff is prompt on addressing any maintenance issues. My neighbors don't bother me. The office staff is always helpful. My son and I love the location because it's accessible to everything

Except for some minor plumbing (leakage from upstairs apartment and toilet flushing mechanism) and a/c (clogged drain) issues which were quickly resolved, I have been very happy living here for 15 years. Had one security issue in year 4, after outside contractor completed ceiling repairs apartment was burglarized by kicking in the front door which was not deadbolted due to repairs.

These apartments are quiet and I love that. I do think that they need to upgrade appliances inside and outside the apartments. Alot of the A/C units are old. Overall i like living here. Not really understanding why the front gate is not really working

When I first moved here it was good. After a while things took a turn. The residents started not picking up their dog's poop, gym always closed, pool always closed. Getting last minute notifications about things happening. The gate is always broken. 18 wheelers blocking the roads and maintenance not being done in a timely manner.

I would just like to say that when ever I have a issue it's taken care of. I love the new look of the different seasons in the office. I don't like the high rent prices that elevates for the residents who been there for several years. I feel like it's not right because we deserves some kind of reduction for being loyal even with the different changes every year. But kudos to the office staff with all the issues that they have to deal with on a daily base.

Lakeview Estates by far is the worst apartment complex that I have ever experienced when it comes to management there is clearly a disconnect between the office has went from a motor cultural office to completely -------- the manager will not talk to you when there is an issue she's rude and very disrespectful also there's no diversity when it comes to moving multicultural families in seems as though all of the black families are being moved out and -------- families are being moved in there is no diversity even in the office against the elderly the veterans and the disabled, during covid they would not accept my payment because they claimed it was housing however it wasn't housing it was a program I qualified for because of my disability they were paying my rent for a year plus utilities but they refused my payment forcing me to move then she put it on my credit, I was a good Tennant always paid on time. She is now forcing a Veteran 70 years old good tennant , he gave a 60 day notice to move but some things changed he decided to stay with 32 more days left of his notice, they said sorry your until is leased and basically shut the door in his face and refused any further communication,he's never been late. Every corporate number they give is only recordings no return calls WTH, they just posted eviction notices all over her garage door after she had already communicated with them when she would pay, (These are black residents being treated this way and its horrific how they disrespect and refuse to talk to residents. Do not move there you'll be mad at the management office. Totally disrespectful. And when I moved in they make you sign something about no class action suit now I see why don't be fooled by the beauty of the property youll re mad ...high turn over people move in and right back out with in months. Oh yes there has been several killings on the property they have been on the news several times but they won't tell you that when you move in! HORRIBLE experience. No need trying to call corporate office they don't answer any extensions and you just go in circles so basically you fkd. You've been warned.

I would advise who ever to come here the staff makes you feel like you on top of the world with their professionalism their smiles their warmth and their hard work to get you in a home and i personally want to thank ms joanna she was her same way from day one with me she fought for me and it only took a week in a half to get moved in she stayed in contact with like none other and her manager is a true blessing for allowing me with another chance to get my rental history right. Thank you ladies
