sink hole created due to break in storm sewerline on bayou side that drains in to bayou. We previously opened a case with 311 on this issue and was kicked back to us (Royal Phoenician Apartments) we repaired manhole on our side that was damaged due to this washout and had previously backfilled. With the rain that we had beginning of October, this sinkhole was created again. When the bayou water level raises above the sewer line, the water returns into storm sewer line and because of the break in

Mr. Shelton has conducted a mold test, which is positive. Please have supervisor make cc. The air vents are full of black mold and has a mildew odor. He can not turn on the ac because of the smell.
