My experience was overall great from searching for a place to call home and actually calling this place my home. We felt so welcome, didn’t feel rushed and I felt value as a person. Kudos to Deja. I have visit other complexes and they was irritated by the questions most people ask as a seeking resident and Deja she made me feel at ease.

This whole process OMG !!! Everyone was so accommodating. Dejae not only is her laugh infectious, she was so polite and professional. When you call the office everyone that answers was professional, not a usual when dealing with apartment staff . I’m still waiting on my approval, but I had to give my shout outs now .Dejae youre the best !!! Please don’t change. I’ll be back with another review once approved ??????

Meela, Nuvia, Liz, and Deja are always very courteous, professional, and helpful at The Pointe at West Lake. The maintenance team responds to service requests in a timely manner and the property is always well kept and grounds manicured. Lastly, I always appreciate and enjoy the resident appreciation days! Great place to call home.

Deja and the whole leasing office and some of the nicest people I've ever met! Super down to earth and very understanding! This place is absolutely the best place to live at! Even the maintenance is amazing!

Deja made my move in experience easy and stayed in communication with me the whole time. I have been enjoying my experience since moving in July of this year. Thanks Deja for always being kind when I come in!

Pointe at west lake has great hospitality we was welcomed with open hands and was even given a gift deja davis was the one who helped us along the way she was nice a patient as we are first time renters she made the process smooth and easy

This the place to stay in houston, Deja is the sweetest leasing agent & the maintenance team is the fastest & best. Office staff is definitely a great team highly recommend! Move here if you can thank

Daniel had the patience and use his available resources to help fix my issues during the power outage. Great job! Also during my past 2 yrs any issues I’ve had he has been available for my needs providing great customer service.

A absolute blessing. I stumbled on the property friday night, called randomly on Saturday, Deja was so nice and accommodating. I loved the property so I applied right away. The process was seamless and I’m so happy to be moving in August. Deja was so nice and helpful and made my experience pleasant from the start. I’m anxious to move and praying that my time at the Pointe is as wonderful as I believe it will be. I’m so happy not to have upstairs neighbors anymore I was intrigued about how many floor plans The Pointe has. August can’t come soon enough!

This place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful! The best apartments I have ever been to yet! Deja is so wonderful & helpful she made the experience so easy and fulfilling! Will definitely apply!!!
