Need to fix the washing machines and dryers they are always down and that was one of the selling pieces for me when I got the apartment. That's the only thing bothering me about living here at Garden Oaks is the washer and dryers are always down 456 at a time. The maintenance people are really friendly and come quickly when you have a maintenance issue.

Only real complaint is that there's over 20 washer and dryer machines in the laundry room and maybe only 7 of them work properly and the others are all being used by like 2 people. Other than that the place is acceptable.

Maintenance is one of the best thing that this complex has it. I lived in another place for 5 years and the most difficult part of living there was to get somebody from the Maintenance team. It took at least 3 days to do there job

I moved to this location in 2002 and really enjoy it. When I have an issue the staff gets it fixed quickly and efficiently. The office personnel are easy and enjoyable to work with and the maintenance staff does an outstanding job repairing an issues I have with apartment.

The new property manager is not welcoming at all and does indeed lack empathy. The current maintenance staff is great and work orders and property cleanliness is always up to date. The staircases on the other hand are eroding which is very DANGEROUS. You do get what you pay for and the rent is cheap which is great especially in this economy so I hope I am not increased upon renewal time. Overall I give this property a 6.8/10 mainly for the office staff especially for the manager Yessenia.

The owner(s) of "The Gardens" apartment complex Constantly increase our rent prices BUT continue to keep the same low-quality/mediocre amenities. Dirty, Old & Dysfunctional washers in the washateria that don't work, a tiny, low-quality gym that isn't even currently open to the tenants, Disrespectful pest control workers, Roaches and spiders, especially for the units that are on the ground level, and poor plumbing. Given all these issues, the owners of "The Gardens" apartments have the Audacity to continue to increase the rent charges. Before you know it, a small 1 bedroom apartment at "The Gardens" is gonna cost $1400...for literally basic, low-quality stuff. The owners clearly Do Not care about the issues and concerns of the tenants. They just wanna line their pockets with more cash.

Just a question when are y'all going to fix the washing machines or when the company is coming out? It's been over a year I'm tired of losing money. You called the company. They said they're gonna put it back on your card the money you lost and they never do just a question.

It's a good apt. Apparently the middle by the pool is loud. I wouldn't know. I like it here. It was my 1st apartment. Got some lanky plug outlets in my unit tho lol. You're close to everything at this location. Walgreens, gym and food all in walking distance.

A very nice little apartment complex to live in. The neighbors are friendly but also completely willing to leave you be if you wish to be left alone. I have no problems staying at the apartments, and I hope to continue doing so.

Experience at The Gardens has been great. Really grateful to have found this place. It's peaceful, affordable, clean and any issues I have the staff has been on top of it. The location is awesome, the nearby park/ trail is great when I want to take a walk and the major freeways are easily accessible. Only suggestion I would make is the laundry room, some of the machines could use some maintenance. There's also some nice laundry mats nearby by which is convenient.
