What is great about this property is the majority of residence have lived here a number of years. You know who your neighbors are by sight,they are friendly and more than willing to lend a hand, should the need arise. According to a number of Houston Police Officers that I spoke with over the years, this is one of the safest neighborhoods in Houston. It is also one of the things that attracted me to this community. This is an older property with great value, too many to count. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live, with down to earth neighbors who do not tolerate loud parties or problems that are often associated with many properties i.e. criminal elemnts, drug bust, break ins, etc.. If you were to need assistance, help is minutes away. If you are looking for a place to call home, with a down home feel, this is the place to be. Relaxed and simple. A true Diamond in the Rough
