Nuisance On Property
There seems to be someone camping out on the property now as well
Vacant home- yard full of trash and debris
family leaves trash cans visible, and has junk car mustang in yard that does not run, and park in front yard and on either side of drive way.
DON notified resident to remove white van but has not happened.
Non working junk vehicles parked in yard
Cars cannot be parked in yards or left on streets for 24hr periods. Clearly the renters at this house park in yard and not on drive way.
Original house has been subdivided by into multiple rental units.
single family home has individual unrelated renters living inside the facility and is a hazard and nuisance to nearby home owners. they have outside animals (roosters) that crow all hours of the day and there are numerous vehicles parked in the yard.
