Great place to live. the staff is friendly and supportive. This is my first place in Houston to live, and I made the correct decision to live here. Beautiful building and surroundings, within walking distance to restaurants and Toyota Center. Overall, it's a great place to live.

I moved to this property 2 weeks ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone from staff concierge, management, maintenance have been very helpful and nice. I love the location, facilities and would highly recommend this place.

The Staff here are very professional. I love how quickly maintenance responds to any of our needs. Sodo on main is an actual community, everyone talks to everyone. This is my favorite apartment I’ve been since I’ve lived in Houston, I definitely would recommend this apartment.

I would only recommend this complex to younger people as an adult the restrictions give this a college dorm vibe The layout of the apartment proved to be irritating as the closets are small and the kitchen is small It's not designed for people who cook regularly or have alot of belongings even after paying the equivalent of a house in monthly rent

Easily the best apartment complex I’ve lived in the Houston area. The residents and staff are amazing people. The amenities are top notch. The social events are varied and fun. My personal favorite is when they schedule a food truck! The location is great too, it’s downtown but far enough away from the north and eado neighborhoods where you don’t hear a lot of noise and you’re away from the crowds, but it’s close enough to those areas you could walk or take a quick Uber to those areas. All things considered it’s been my favorite place to live in Houston.
