There is a trash dump area that is located in the ditch at 1618 Edmundson. This is not only a huge fire hazard, but is a breeding ground for large rats, which we see constantly. We pay $750.00 monthly for a company to keep our yard mowed, edged and weeded, to only have this eye sore within blocks of our business. There is also a business located within feet of this dangerous situation. Please help us get this situation corrected. It is hard to believe that I pay $45000.00 a year in property taxe
