I lived here for six years and it's been great, the staff are friendly, -------------- always ask if there's any problems or anything you would need. The maintenance is fast and excellent if you have any problems, and I didn't have many. Even though the property is old it's very well maintained and clean. The area is one of the best areas in houston and almost everything you need is within a few minutes drive or even a walk. I'm glad that I stayed here for the past six years.

My sister and I spent 3 years at Three Fountains III. It was a great first apartment in Houston! Sarah and Gail were so helpful and always looked out for us. Maintenance requests were always fixed on the day of (if possible). These are not luxury apartments by any means, but you can't beat the location and price. We were comfortable in our 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. The complex was always quiet and neighbors were friendly. We felt very safe there!

Living at Three Fountains III is awesome. It's like a 200 unit family. I've looked around, actually moved a couple of times, but I've always come back. Three Fountains III offers the best apartment in the best location at the best price. The Apartment Managers, Sarah and Gail are wonderful. They genuinely care about their residents. I've never had a problem that wasn't addressed immediately. Collectively, I have lived here about 10 years. Outside is 60-70'ish, inside is spacious and much more modernized. You can't beat the price for the Galleria area. Three Fountains III is a hidden gem.

Sara and Gayle in the front office are always kind, friendly, efficient, and willing to help! The layout of the courtyards means that foot traffic is always at a minimum and noise is rarely a problem. Huge HEB right across the street, and quick access to I-10 and 610. I definitely would recommend this complex!

I love this Place!! GREAT location for Houston, quiet but close to everything. Price is the best in the area. Has a New Orleans feel to the grounds and balconies. The management is the BEST!!! If a problem does come up, they take care of it right away which is a Huge Plus! Great people who live there (most of them...), some have been there more then 30 years. I Highly recommend you check this place out before any others......It is an All around Awesome Place to live! Roger

If I could give this place a 10 star I would. I moved to Houston from Ohio in August 2017 and the process has been the smoothest transition. Sara and Gail in the office are the kindest ladies and tend to every tenant in the most attentive manner. The location is perfect! You are surrounded by 3 grocery stores, multiple shopping plazas, banks, gas stations and of course the Galleria mall. The neighbors and maintenance here are friendly and helpful because here at Three Fountains III we are a family. I couldn't have picked a better place to move and I know I will not be leaving anytime soon.

I stayed here in Spring 2015 and it was by far the best apartment I've lived in. If you're interested in a quiet place close to great places (Galleria, my favorite HEB, etc), then you'll definitely enjoy it. Sarah and Gail are shockingly kind apartment managers and I've never met managers as genuinely kind and caring in all of the places that I've lived.

Their standard has really gone down in terms of following up with their tenants needs.

I absolutely love the community! I was searching for an apartment found a locator by the name of Margaret Lee. We talked on the phone she was delightful and told me that she had the perfect apartment for me. She sent me to Three Fountains III. I called before going and fell in love with Sara just by talking to her on the phone. I told her I would stop by the next day when I arrived I met Sara and Gail then the rest was history! Gail took me on a tour and demonstrated outstanding customer service. The grounds and upkeep of the property are immaculate! I just cant get over it! The maintenance staff take care of the work orders in a very quick and efficient manner, also they do it with excellent customer service! They community is very quiet I have only seen my neighbors 2 or 3 times since I've lived here. Each resident that I do see they smile speak and even wave when they're driving! I work in the Property Management industry and I refer several people to Three Fountains III as much as I can! (Sometimes more than my community Ha!) You will not be disappointed!

Three Fountains III is the very best apartment complex that I have ever lived in, and it's only because of the management of this property. Every maintenance call is acted upon immediately, and done right the first time! I have lived here for 5 years and have just signed another 13-month lease, and would sign a lease indefinitely if that were possible. I have always felt safe and confident that any problem or issue that might arise in my apartment would be taken care of...Sara, Gail, Caesar and Maria are simply the best! They all go above and beyond what their jobs are, and that's what makes them the very best! I have lived in apartments since 1983, so my knowledge of complexes covers a large area of Houston. I'm just so thankful that I found this complex, and also so very thankful that I'm staying.
