I live at 1617 Fannin St #2819. There is black mold growing on the south side at the end of the hall way for weeks now. The mold is growing on the ceiling, walls and the floor is saturated. I've put in several maintenance request and spoke with building manager and nothing has been done about it. The smell is so bad it is nauseating and have unsafe air quality. Water is brown, leasing office has stated their was a break. Resident asking for quality due it is an ongoing issue.

Have not had pest control over 2 months. They used to come out every month, but roaches continue to come out thru all over the apartment.
