The property behind us (1614 Ojeman Rd) has been recently demolished and is in the beginning phases of construction. Construction has caused damage to our property. Will attach pictures
Nuisance On Property
Private construction in the lot behind our backyard fence. The sand is too high causing flooding into our backyard, both water and sand. Our back porch and flower beds are covered with wet sand.
Nuisance On Property
They recently scrapped the buildings at 1614 Ojeman Rd. The ditch along the road is now full of tree branches, debris and other trash, and I am very concerned about potential flooding as a result.
Overgrown drainage ditches. Called in as 1618 Ojeman
Community has dump trash, furniture and bedding on the side of the road and in the drainage system. The owners of these homes need to be held responsible itÆs an environmental hazard and is causing flooding because it blocks the drainage. Please help us with this.

Good evening, I am unsure of exact number on Ojeman Road but the property is adjacent to 1614 Ojeman Road. The ditches are overgrown and filled with trash blocking the storm drains. It is extremely insanitary as well. There is a For Sale sign on the property. Would appreciate it if City of Houston could contact property owner to clean up the property. Photographs attached.
