I have lived here at Imperial landing for 15yrs and I really enjoy the service I get from the office staff and maintenance. I recommend this community to all my friends and family that are looking for a new place to live. I look forward to many more years here!

I love living here,overall ive lived in these apartments for like more then 5 years,i keep coming back because its well maintained,the staff is friendly and it is a quiet safe place,there is ALOT of space where the kids can go and have fun,it has a tennis like court,playground and a beautiful sparkling blue pool,its gated. Maintenance is there to fix whats wrong in a giffy,i love francis and martha those ladies helped me with everything i needed to get done to get the apartments,im thankful for these ladies. Come and enjoy y'alls life here ??

I've been here for 3 years and I love it here very clean and the lady's in the office very helpful and fantastic!! I would recommend it to my friends and family. It's never kid friendly here. It's very nice here

Ms. Frances is an awesome lady. She is very friendly and helpful. Well the staff in general are very nice. The only thing I would change is water included in the rent. The maintenance staff is always on point. Thank you guys for everything.

We have lived here for 9 months, and we have been very happy living here. The staff in the office Frances and Martha are very sweet and helpful they are willing to work with you and like I said help you out with anything you need. Maintenance here is amazing, when we first moved in we noticed that our fridge was not working and instead of acting like they were going to fixed it like some other apartments do, they brought us a brand new one. I see some people complaining about the roach problem, but in apartments that is something that you are never going to be able to avoid due to the fact that not everyone is clean. What has helped us out is buying Orthoboric Acid, and placing it in all the little corners, it has helped us out a lot. Also taking out your trash everyday and not letting it pile up with food, that also helps a lot. In all honesty I really don't have a problem with the parking since I like to walk, and I always seem to find parking near my unit even when it is really late at night. Security here is definitely great, he walks around the whole complex to make sure everything is okay, I also like that there is a curfew here which is great, and helps to keep the community safe. We plan on staying here for a couple years, Imperial Landing has been a place we can call home.

Great service and well kept. Frances and Martha are very attentive to all the tenants. We've been here for over 6 months and it's been great.

I've been living here for close to 3 years and I'm thinking about another 3! The staff is always so kind and courteous, they are always willing to work with you! Even for me when I was a first time renter, they accepted me and worked with what I was making. If you are looking for a quiet apartment complex with helpful staff, then Imperial Landing is for you. - Dantie R.
