I believe I’ve been living here for three years the best apartment to live in The maintenance people are sweet and they get to your problems right away.. and I can call the office anytime and Miss Edith the sweet young lady in the office attends to my calls every time I have an issue she is wonderful

This place is definitely on my list! It was such a joy touring the property with Lily. She was spunky and professional. Made me feel like I was home already. I hope they have a open apartment when me and my boyfriend are ready to move!!!

Overall experience is is good. Maintenance is eh. Manager is good and staff is friendly. Prompt with towing any unexpected guests that may park in the wrong area. Pretty quite at night. Overall good experience.

Bueno mi opinión particular es que los muchachos de mantenimiento trabajan duro y con mucha eficiencia,estamos muy agradecidas de Lisandro de la Guardia,cubano èl y el Venezolano, muy atentos y eficaces, muchas gracias!!!!

I’m so happy that Jondry was able to fix my bathtub. He is so respectful and kind. He is the best I’ve seen in a while. He always comes so fast and he does his job with a smile. He needs a raise! He always does a good job! Cece is wonderful as well. Soooo sweet and helpful!

Lisandro is a great maintenance . He fixed everything that I needed in my apt and was very professional. I will continue to live here for more years to come. It’s very clean and peaceful. I am extremely happy here.

I’ve been staying here almost a year now. I must admit that it’s very quiet and very well kept. The ladies in the office are awesome. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to be a resident here. I really like it here.

This is our 2nd year here my family and I are at peace here and have been happy with our stay. My wife and I enjoy our apartment and soon we are looking into the bigger floor models as well. I am grateful to live here.

I am very satisfied with my experience here at Copper Mill. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance staff is very attentive. Repairs have been few and far in-between. I recommend this community to the general public.
