There could a be a lot of improvements to the expereince here. So many issues at move in date and it has been over a month and I am still waiting on some of the issues to be resolved. I wish my issues were expedieted as there were some major ones that I should not have to deal with and made it impossible to use the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is everything I wanted and amenities are nice. The problem I have are neighbors. It appears that there are too many people living inside on apartment and they are loud. Also the marijuana smoking is terrible and it is being done inside of the apartment so the smell sometimes lingers into my home. I had really bad allergies and it affects my well being. So if the noise and smoking could change I would have no complaints.

Very professional all the way through! Quiet neighborhood, clean environment, and very friendly staff! I would recommend this apartment to those who are looking to feel safe and like they have their moneys worth.

My first year was heaven in this apartment. Now the Neighbors are very noisy and I can’t go out for walk because of dogs everywhere and they never control them. 7 months pregnant and have to bear my top neighbors noises all the time tapping and running I complained at the leasing office but nothing happened and didn’t bother to give me a follow up call. No maintenance provided during the renewal of lease

Highly recommend Yorktown Crossing Apt for residents and they have Great Customer Service.The locations is excellent. Also I have been a resident here for Three years and they will resolve any issues you might have.
