Horrible place save your money! The only upside is that this is a quiet neighborhood. But the new management sucks, they are understaffed and very unprofessional. No one is ever in the leasing office and they never pick up the phone!! Maintenance request take forever, unless you stay on top of the staff. This community is also old and outdated. I've called about my AC being broken and no one ever showed up to fix it (in the middle of summer).I called the after hour emergency phone no one picked up or called me back despite leaving several voicemails. I eventually had to purchase my own window unit from Walmart and install it myself. I've also noticed that the power goes out quiet frequently in this neighborhood. Anytime it rains or there is a slight thunderstorm the power is out for hours. My power went out and I noticed that my neighbors had power. I called the power company as well as Centerpoint energy. Centerpoint energy informed me that there was nothing they could do, my breaker was damaged. I AGAIN had to spend the night with no power or ac. Whenever I need assistance, I don't like the way I am treated or spoken to by the staff. Sometimes I feel like they do it all on purpose. If you want to avoid spending money on overnight hotel fees or new appliances, it would be in your best interest to look for housing else where.

I am a locator and this apartment has refused to pay me for my services. After countless attempts, they've stilled refused to pay me even with all the proper documentation. Management is poorly run. Many other locators have told me they've had the same issue working with them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLIENTS HERE!

This complex is NOT as beautiful as the pictures online. False advertisement, Apartments are outdated don't waste your time and the area is terrible. Go to Stoneleigh on Kenswick down the street. Washers and dryers are all rusted and laundry room is gross looking. I refused to continue to go through with the rental 3 hours after signing the lease. I paid all fees, security and first month rent but was told that I will not get any of my money back. How do they live with themselves?

I have no words to describe how disappointed I am with this apartments. I moved to the first floor a few months ago and since I moved in I've had three different infestation of bugs (roaches, ants and bed bugs) management don't do nothing. Do not come live here. They are no help when something is going on. They are never in the office. Gate sucks is always a big deal to come in to your own apartment building. ZERO STARS

My name is Ryan and I have held residency at Fairfield Cove since May 2015. I love the landscaping here there is a lovely pond with turtles, ducks and goldfish. I see squirrels here and there and I love watching all the animals while I relax on the bench . They keep their pools and Jacuzzi clean and maintain all functions for each unit on time, they fixed my AC on time and my locks was changed on time and my lease was ready for me to sign before my first lease was up in other words my leasing office management team does exactly what they say they are going to do. I have lived in several apartments complexes and Fairfield are the # 1 period. My property manager Ms. Cruz is the best at every aspect of her job she is understanding, relatable and friendly and she has a good and also huge heart for her tenants. She has fulfilled the requirements of my lease and Ms. Cruz enforces all the rules and regulations, she is the glue that keeps my apartment from falling apart. I only have one problem why does everyone else not see what I see, Fairfield Cove gets 5 stars from me.

I am currently a resident here at Fairfield Cove and I have lived here for 3 years and I have just recently seen a lot of good changes made to to property, talking with the manager they have updated their fitness center, enhanced the landscape, and thank you for trimming down all the trees. I am taking the time to write this review only because I believe that residents are more willing to write negative reviews rather than good reviews and I feel that the management team we have now is one of the best and caring team we have had in a long time. I can see good changes in the property, it is quiet and so beautiful and the office staff are always there ready to assist. I will continue to live here as long as the property is taken care of. I recommend anyone to live here I really think you will love it at least I do.

WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office workers are rude, not helpful, and always looking for ways to screw you out of more money. The previous office workers were better. ------ as she loves to call herself is a poor excuse for a leader and condescending. Maintenance is now non existent, takes a week to fix AC in the middle of the summer. CRIME, just ask the lady that was carjacked in the parking lot and beaten almost to death, or the girl that was shot, or just google how many times this place made the news. NOT SAFE! If you like stuff to work and a team that cares this is not for you.

MY FIRST APARTMENT THAT I MOVED TOO AFTER LEAVING MY PARENTS HOUSE, I WOULD ****NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYBODY**** THE BUGS IN THE KITCHEN WERE NON STOP, FROM THE DIRTY PEOPLE AROUND MY APARTMENT UNIT. THE DOG BELOW MY UNIT CRIED ALL NIGHT LONG. THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM IS A JOKE. THEY TOLD ME I HAD A PREVIOUS EVICTION ON MY CREDIT, WHEN I HAVE NEVER HAD ANOTHER PLACE. BEING READY TO MOVE OUT ON MY OWN I JUST PAID THE DOUBLE DEPOSIT AND DID SOME INVESTIGATION (CREDIT FRAUD), NOTHING EVER SHOWED UP. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU OWE THEM, EVEN IF THEY WERE THE ONES TO SCREW UP THE RENT STATEMENT...THEN LATER PUT A NICE LITTLE NOTE ON YOUR DOOR LIKE YOU ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, OH AND DON'T LOOK FOR AN APOLOGY IT WON'T HAPPEN THERE. WORK LONG HOURS COME BACK TO PEOPLE HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE AND THE SMELL OF WEED IN THE AIR. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND NOT TO MENTION THE CRIME AND MURDER THAT HAPPENED AT THE MOVIE TAVERN ACROSS THE STREET!!!!!!

MAINTENANCE IS VERY PROFESIONAL AND GET THINGS DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. VERY CLEAN PROPERTY WITH A BEAUTIFUL DUCK POND WITH COY FISH AND TURTLES :) THIS IS A PLACE WHERE I WANT MY KIDS TO GROW UP!! I SIMPLY LOVE IT.
