Citizen is stating that the worker doesnt have the signs needed to avoid a wheel chair hazard, Citizen stated that worker has been working for the last 3 months and his construction work has damaged his water pipies, side walk. customer has a diable weheel chair person in his home and he needs the construction worker to place the necessary signs on the road to avoid additional obstacles.
