THIS TOWNHOME HAS BEEN VACANT FOR OVER 5 YEARS. THE UNIT IS FULL OF GARBAGE AND DOES NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY CONNECTED OR A METER BOX CONNECTED TO THE UNIT. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS WATER MAIN LEAKS AT THE UNIT AND COMPLAINTS OF STRONG ODORS COMING FROM THE UNIT.
This townhome has been vacant for over 5 years. The unit is full of garbage and does not have electricity connected or a meter box connected to the unit. There have been numerous water main leaks at the unit and complaints of strong odors coming from the unit.
