Property is beautiful with great amenities! Apartments are poorly built so it is very easy to hear neighbors talking and walking around the apartment. Office staff is nice but does not enforce the rules.

Love it. A few hiccups but overall it's been great experience minus one incident with the staff but it was resolved so I can't complain about anything at the current moment overall it's been a great experience

I have lived at San Marino Apartments for 2 1/2 years and I have no wish to live anywhere else. The location is great, the grounds are well kept and the staff is cordial and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been settled quickly, usually within 24 hours. It's a small, quiet community with a beautiful pool area, a fully-equipped gym, a community game room and several spaces for socializing. I recently moved to a smaller apartment in the complex, and management was very helpful in working out the details. They do whatever is in their power to make life better at San Marino.

I absolutely love the management staff. They are on top of there stuff and definitely care for there residents. If it was not for Riz an Brayden i would have left a long time ago. When something happens or something is wrong they go out of there way to fix it. There community is awesome and peaceful. Thank you for all you do Brayden. Keep it up!!!

Amazing place to live and the leasing office is full of incredibly nice folks that are understanding and willing to work with you in certain situations, maintenance and the landscaping crews are top notch as well. Couldn’t ask for more

This community is great for many reasons. From my period experience, my neighbors are relatively quiet, the maintenance around the property is kept nicely, and maintance requests are done in a timely manner

Superior living complex, everything are meeting my expectations overwhelming, gym, safety, maintenance staff ,landscaping administration staff all are very supportive swimming pool, hot tap,coffee machines services etc all faculties are overwhelmed

I enjoy living here. It is a nice community, the people are friendly and the surroundings are well kept. My favorite part is the dog washing station! It is very convenient for me and also saves me money on the groomers. T he e dog park is also a plus but I am disappointed how lazy some dog owners are and don't pick up after their pets.

The experience has been fantastic. While touring the locations, I noticed that there were numerous maintenance workers cleaning and mai ting the property and wiping down areas. I appreciate it and noticed that the property was clean and well kept. Application process was easy and fast. App and payment was done online was made it a breeze. The staff here is amazing and it shows that they love what they do.

The complex is quiet and fir the most part, great tenants. Maintenence is quick to respond to issues. The dog waste around common areas is a problem. Cleaning of the gym and elevators had slacked off since new ownership. The landscaping around the property is fair to poor. No mulch. No drainage. Some dead plants and shrubs. Dog park needs improvement
