I live in townhome complex that has 6 water meters outside the property line at the southwest corner of Blodgett St and Crawford St. The meters are technically on Crawford St. The development is just over 10 years old. Crawford St has steadily been subsiding over the past 10 years. It is quite possibly due to the water line running parallel to the street that has an active slow leak (that has been reported previously via 311). The area of land where the meters are located has also been subsiding
THE TRASH WAS PLACED ON 12/15/19 BY WHOEVER LIVES AT 1520 BLODGETT. HOWEVER, THEY PLACED ALL OF THEIR TRASH IN FRONT OF 4702 CRAWFORD. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS BEEN DONE. THE TRASH IS ALL OVER CRAWFORD STREET MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR CARS TO PASS BY AND OF COURSE IS UNSIGHTLY AND NOT EVEN ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY BUT PLACED ON SOMEONE ELSE'S.
