apartment complex has no gass / and hot water, center point was contact but nothing has been done yet. days without gas..
Apartment has mold. Carpet has not been cleaned in over 10 years (or possibly replaced) and citizen has emails going back to November with them saying they would replace it. And replace mold issues.

Per HHD on 01/06/2022... I am on site at victory apartments at this time. I observed manholes: AS087288, AS087126, AS087125, (some grease obstruction), AS087121 (thick grease), AS087122 (thick grease), AS087128 (thick black grease, AS087128A, AS087127 (thick black grease). All manholes were holding and not flowing. I have also attached photos in a word document for reference. Can a truck come out to remove the grease waste from the line, if possible today? It is causing a sewage overflow at Vict
