Nuisance On Property
There seems to be people living in the back yard behind 1514 Munger St. They've been there for a few months now and sleep, shower, and cook in the back yard in tents and on mattresses under tarps. Some evenings they burn what smells like trash. It's becoming a problem due to the burning smell and potentially rodents.
