Music too loud
It appears that our water meter is leaking. The city came to dig our ditch deeper a few weeks ago on August 31 and it has been raining since. Now that it has dried we can see that we have a leak. IÆm worried that they hit something. It is far too deep and was not having difficulty draining to begin with so I donÆt know why they dug it deeper. Somebody needs to come check the leak if possible. Our water bill was also higher than usual.
Have not been notified of sewer tap in front of our home upstream of home acrross , no permit shown, no capacity plan, no nitification that we may lose our capacity to add capacity. Tap too close to our existing tap and without engineering report. Stop all work and be advised lawyer will send formal protest. Current line to 1513 does not tap this line in front of our home and on our side of road. stop all work until engineering report and all approvals and notifications are current.
This is third sewer leak in less than one year from this multi violation property that currently has 11 tenants in 4 units. There are unregistered cars that have not moved for months, there is an incomplete building permit applied for just to skirt the unpermitted roof work yet never followed through, there is raw sewage pooling in an illegal driveway that is now a cesspool for mosquitoes and flies from this filthy and health hazard property. A lawsuit is pending.
