PLEASE CLEAR THE TRASH. IT IS OVER FIVE FOOT TALL AND FIVE FOOT WIDE. IT IS BEING USED AS A DUMP FOR CONTRUCTION ACROSS THE STREET. IT IS AN EYE SORE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE.
THIS OWNER OF HOME IS AT 1510 SUMMER BUT CALLER STATED SHE CAN SEE RATS COMING OUT OF THE WINDOWS, IN THE YARD, AROUND THE HOUSE AND THERE ARE SMALL CHILDREN IN THE HOME. SHE IS CONCERNED FOR THERE SAFETY.
