This lot @ 1510 Francis Street is still overgrown. No city employee has been out to inspect or left a violation since April request. Also, the lot has never been cut. Weeds die and grow based on freezing climate and/or torrential rain. I continue to battle rats, cockroaches, small snakes, raccoons, even asps from this lot.This is unfair to everyone on the street that takes pride in their property.
