To whom it may concern:There has been a recurring issue with wastewater back-up at the above address. We have had a plumber out, and they have confirmed that the back up is on the city sewer side, and not on our house side. Terrible odor coming from ditch/street. Smells like sewage. City truck had been to this location ( adjacent to our house) a month or two ago. We had sewage backing up into our first floor shower when city was working. There is still a strong sewage odor outside .
