I moved out at the end of February, my resident account was not terminated when I moved out and so my rent for March came out. That was $1200. I contacted the complex and was told that I would receive a refund via mailed check. I gave them my new address. I was also told I would receive my $450 deposit. That's about $1850. I can't afford to have rent paid twice in one month and never receive my refund for it. And if I'm told I'm getting my deposit, I need to receive it. That was in March, it's not August. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, and have received nothing. I have not even received a response. I've tried emailing them. I've tried calling them and was unable to even get a voicemail. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be ignored as a tenant because it's impossible to get in contact with the management company as a tenant. And if you need anything after you move out, like a refund for rent coming out when they should have terminated your account or your deposit, you will definitely not be able to get in contact with them. NOT worth it.
