BEWARE! I recently filed a BBB Complaint on management's neglect on heat/cold issues in my apartment. I decided to research the management company that runs this property. The company, Asset Living, has multiple 'F' ratings at multiple properties around the country.

I will not recommend anyone to live there to much noseyness and petty notes put on your door everyday. It's like you are in prison.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over 5 years, and we absolutely LOVE it!!! Every month, there are many opportunities (trips, activities) for residents, the entire property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff are wonderful. The manager, Mary Gervason, truly cares about all of us, and is the main reason this community is the great place that it is. She's been manager for 7 years, and has very high standards for this property and how it should be run, how it looks, etc. The remainder of the staff, both office and maintenance/ housekeeping, take good care of us, too. As I've already said, we love living here, and won't consider living anywhere else!

I have lived at West Oaks Village Seniors since 2012 and I think the management and maintenance is doing a great job. I feel like I am staying at a resort. Great people, fun, security and very quiet. If we have a problem with noise we can let management know and they will take care of it. I love it here!

Management poor. Too much noseyness. Retiree that sit around with nothing much to do. Sorry, that's not the lifestyle I choose. Gossiping, and idleness makes for unfriendly, unwelcome atmosphere. Dementia and Alzheimer's cases should have their own facility. Walking around in "a diaper" is not a pretty sight. Too many notes on doors for petty reasons. Doors need proper maintenance, instead of putting on cameras to see who is leaving the door open.It swings on a hinge, doesn't it? However, this complex is operated by persons who are train to manage somethings, and not ALL things. They certainly do best at pushing me out, I changed my mind by the second month after moving into my apartment.

The leasing office of this complex full of crap, they put -------- notes on your door for dumb reason . You walk so hard the building shakes , if you fart too loud you best believe you will come home to a note on your door. Jeanna Levery the Asst.Manager is a piece of work, smart mouth tries 2 over talk you when you wanna speak reguards notes she tacks on your door.but when you complain about noise from neighbor Jenna says I have to come n and observe the noise , but I get notes without you observing noise because their closed on weekends and no one comes out to observe noise.--------. I moved in and was harassed for months until I requested to move out before my lease was up. Then upon moving out she wants to charge me 7.00 a piece for drip pans on stove , I told her I would buy some she claims the 1s you buy don't fit their stoves they ha e yo order them . All stoves fit all drip pans , then complexes replace these things after move outs . She also claims payment for burn carpet repair. I never ironed clothes so how the hell is there burn on carpet . She didn't have time for a walk threw little does she know I took my own pics the place was very clean when I moved out . I've had to complaint with HAA, corporate office n BBB. I'm not to be played with . Even neighbors I did befriend complains of notes, etc.. Not all senior living are like this place do I suggest if you have one foot in the grave and the other foot on a banana pleel ready to die this is the place for you. If not find you another senior living place. I'm keeping it real
