This property is located at the SW corner of Quitman and Terry. It appears to be a boarded up building on Quitman side of street, but open for squatters on the Terry side. Trash on the lot and an open door (for several weeks I have noticed) which seems to be inviting trouble. I have not contacted the owner but would like to ask the City of Houston to contact the owner if this property should be totally boarded up and please clean up the trash.
