Hello, I would like to issue a complaint for an Oyo Hotel at the address in the subject. I was displaced due to the winter storms and booked 3nights with this hotel February 18th - 21. I only stayed one night, because this hotel has an infestation of roaches and bed bugs. The room was not properly cleaned, the sheets were used and had holes in them. We had no where else to go as it was the middle of the night. This Hotel is not fit for guest of any sort.
